TA fun project, I was commissioned to conceptualize a renovation of 86 Jimmy Buffett Memorial Hwy, Cocoa Beach, Florida. The developer wanted a Miami Beach, Old Florida vibe. After some research, I worked up some renderings for their approval and submission to the City. After that, the architects got into making my vision a reality.
